How are you supposed to finish this Moodyman mission?

So this is the mission where you have to chase down someone who stole Moodymans car and bring it to the Music Locker for him.

 

But you can't deliver the car with him in it, and he won't get out - and you can't kill him (you can't even aim at him) without blowing up the vehicle which obviously fails the mission.

 

If you haven't done this, you go to downtown LS together with Moodyman, get info that the car has been seen at Bennys, goes there and a car chase ensues. Once you killed the car thief, Moodyman get's into his car with you and you go the Casino to deliver it. Which you can't.

 

I didn't even wanna do this mission, had entered the marker to enter my bunker when it forced me too lol
