No HUD and pause menu when using an enb

Everytime I try to use an enb, doesn't matter which one, my game loses the HUD and pause menu (Pause menu just gives a freeze frame until I exit. Judging by sound I can still navigate, but I'm not seeing anything.) Tried with patch 1.0.7.0, 1.0.4.0 and several clean reinstalls. Running Win10, AMD Vega 56, Ryzen 7 2700X. No idea what it could be.
