Addon cars makes my game crash

Like the title said. Here are some information that I think are helpful.

1. I am playing the complete edition, but I downgraded to 1.0.4.0 because I want to use the ICE 3.0 Natural enb.

2. I found out that if I don't downgrade my game, then addon cars works fine.

3. After some trials and errors, I found out that it is the gta.dat file that is causing the problem.

4. Here is the most important one: It works with the downgraded version before. I've been playing this game for several days now and only today it crashes for no reason. I didn't changed or add any mods.

i have that prob with latest CE too. no way i can add cars. even by putting them inside the original vehicles.img. total mystery
