[HELP] Convert a GTA SA Ped Over GTA IV

I'm a complete newbie when it comes to 3DS MAX or similar programs, i just need one GTA SA Ped converted to GTA IV so i can use him for my videos, I'm aware of the Forums rules and luckily the game was launched in 2004. I'm sure some of you could do it under minutes, mind helping me out?
