Guys I randomly remembered how GTA IV EFLC on PS3 and PC were delayed from March 2010 to April 2010.

"Due to what Rockstar is calling "a request by Sony Europe to make some minor content changes to the PAL PS3 version of the game," Episodes from Liberty City won't hit the PS3 and PC until April 13 in North America and April 16 in all other countries."

 

Do any of you know what was changed in the PAL version of the game on the PS3?

I had a bit more of a look at another article and it seems it had something to do with multiplayer it looks like.

Not sure this was posted already but some user did amazing rework of weapon reloading animations (magazines are pulled out etc)... it's brilliant and fits game aesthetic!
 

My desire to replay this game grew even more

Reminds me of the broken animation when the P90 is used as a drive by weapon.

 

I'm actually within the range where Armando and Henrique use it so it's crucial to exploit the Cavalcade as long as possible.

 

It's curious how the game appear to make Armando the rifle guy and Henrique the shotgun guy (sort of like Terry & Clay) but eventually drop the Idea and make them both machine gunners.

 

Armando even keep his machine pistol as a backup weapon for a while and will use it as passenger.

It’s almost a sin how we have the coolest smg in tbogt yet we can’t use it for drive bys. It’s almost as if rockstar was taunting us

Despite the looks, it seem more accurate than the machine gun, I'm pretty sure the reticle doesn't reflect it.

It's possible to use it for drive by but the firing animation is all f*cked up. I'd love a mod that makes it officially useable and fixes the animation issues.

Yeah, I'm starting to dislike the presence of the assault SMG in the hands of Armando and Henrique.

 

For whatever nonsense reason, they don't fire it from boats or helicopters, which are positions you can fire assault rifles from.

 

It's impossible to get them to do anything meaningful against a boat because the Cavalcade to boat switch and getting them to stand up would allow them to ragdoll.

 

Worse of all, their firing pattern with the assault SMG is very weak when inside the Cavalcade so things can get tense easily even for ground combat.

 

They get their top tier loadout near 38 so that's a huge stretch to get a drug wars with a boat to take.

 

Shooting a vehicle doesn't decrease shooting accuracy (but do for the accuracy objective of a mission, yes you can have 100% shooting accuracy but less than 100% accuracy, provided you fired a shot) but I try to avoid getting my hands dirty.

I had this game for my Xbox 360s which I still have, I traded it at Gamestop because I'm disabled and I needed the little bit of money but I just got it back on my Xbox Series X and I'm wondering if I should put it on my Xbox One. I just finished playing the game, I didn't know or I don't remember when steeling a car with Roman, he kicks the window to get in. I don't know if that's other characters in the game or if that's just Roman.

I can kinda understand the P90 not usable for drive-by shooting, the way the weapon is designed makes it seem impractical to be shot with one hand.

Be that as it may, this is also a game that implies you can carry multiple types of weapons in your pocket. I'm sure they could've done it, especially considering that the SMG was designed to use with two hands yet it's still used one-handed in drive bys

While not the most realistic, letting us use the P90 for drive by wouldn't be that unreasonable in my opinion as opposed to the Advanced MG or the AA-12 for instance — although the latter could make for some really fun moments with the explosive shells.

Hey people idk if this fact is know about GTA 4 but just to make sure i wanted to tell u guys.... Anyways u may have noticed how the police who are chasing u on higher stars tend to flip their cars very easily. There is a simple answer to this and infact the police that are chasing u with 2 star or above will gain handling buff to their vehicle that makes the cars have much more grip. U can do this with any car if u are patient enough to get the police to take any a certain car. (either flip their police vehicle so they need to search for new vehicle or hope that the onfoot police takes car to chase u). So yeah just wanted to let u guys know.
