JaeDan 101
My TV runs on 480i, that's the one who makes GTA 5 look so terrible. I kept on looking in the settings of my TV, there is no option to change the resolution. So how do i change it? And where can I find it in the settings? I want my TV run on 1080p

I want my TV run on 1080p Usually it auto-detects the output resolution in which your case the computer console should be outputting a 1080p signal. Also, how are is your console connected to your TV (assuming it's a TV and not a monitor). HDMI, I presume? Here's a link the the LG website. Follow the troubleshooting links "What type of TV do you own" and go from there. It will show you the menu settings as you troubleshoot. https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/poor-picture-quality-on-lg-ultra-hdtv-CT10000018-1427811858381 Edited January 9, 2021 by Mister Pink RUBBΣR░J♢HNNY (スオッ)

Mister Pink
You are on a PS3? Is your TV an SDTV or HDTV. If it's and SDTV (Standard Definition TV) then your TV will only support 480i. Perhaps this is the issue. As sivispacem said, it would be helpful to know model of the TV. I think i found my problem why it runs on 480i resolution... The jacks that are connected in my TV are colored Red, White and Yellow, those three makes it runs on 480i The jacks that are connected must be colored Green, Blue and Red in order to run it on 1080p btw I use an HD Television Thank you @Mister Pink for giving the link of an article from the LG web site, i appreciate it Mister Pink

You'll get better quality picture with an HDMI cable. Mister Pink and JaeDan 101 2 Prior to filing a bug against any of my code, please consider this response to common concerns. I'm really bored playing games on my TV on 480i resolution, and I'm very happy that the visualizations are so cool! Thank you very much @Mister Pink, @K^2 and @sivispacem (for telling the price of the HDMI) Failed Again and Mister Pink
