theEwing1979
It's easy. If you get a favourable spawn location on the guard uniforms... it's ridiculously easy. I just wish I had more time to play because I feel the difficulty will be tweaked in some way before too long.
Snipingsolo
i did this heist stealth by getting guard uniform just getting primary target and cocaine by halo jump and alkonost and made it in and out stealth plus it can be done solo so no more randoms messing up

Why would you ever need a guard uniform? Just stay out of the red cones and no one will ever see you.

You can walk up to the guards and do the wanker sign right in their face, they won't care. I just go in through the drainage, get the cash from safe and the primary target, then go to main dock get whatever is there and jump in a boat. Never takes longer than 15 minutes. No one ever sees me. Take is 1.1 mill to 1.8 mill every time. Takes less than an hour start to finish. Jamwes
It's hard if you don't try to figure it out. You need to learn stealth. You need to know about things like the cutting powder to survive after you break stealth. A lot of people have a hard time their first couple attempts. But is it too easy? Casino Heist was easier. The big con gruppe sechs entry can be done with only killing 2 guards. Even aggressive is easy to fight your way through. The only thing hard about the aggressive entry is getting 80 headshots for the elite challenge.

Giantsgiants
Easiest if you're a lone wolf mostly because you don't have to find other people/randoms. If you have friends, Big Con casino heist is the easiest. Rotorhead359 and theEwing1979

Drainage tunnel entry and main dock escape is kinda the meta right now, but you can do it just as convenient and even quicker (depends on item locations) starting at the docks/airfield, side door or wall entry, and swim escape. I fear escape by swimming will be one of the first things Rockstar changes. To be fair, it is kinda lame. Rotorhead359
This heist is only easy to an experienced player who knows what they are doing, and take their time to do things right. Imagine a new player to the game who doesn't know about reddit or GTA Forums. Instead, during the preps, they only do exactly what the game tells them, and expect everything will work out. 5 minutes later, they die during a casino robbery, where they tried to enter aggressively through the main door because they couldn't get the staff door open, wearing non-functional but oh-so-shiny fashion armor, and instantly got whacked by Duggan's guards with their bulletproof helmets, godmode armor and heavy weapons. Now imagine that same player taking a shot at Cayo Perico. They will get returned to the beach party 100 times before finally watching the panther get dinner, scope out the main target, get returned to the party 100 times more, scope out the north docks, and then leave. They won't know about the drainage pipe, or how to get on the island undetected. They certainly won't poison the water supply or do the optional disruption missions. Maybe they'll even choose the Velum approach but not buy the weapons stash, and get whacked by Mr. Rubio's guards at the airport and abandon this beautiful heist forever. Rockstar is counting on players like this. Edited January 8, 2021 by AirWolf359 Nefarious_Poundcake, LeeC22, Jamwes and 2 others

Nutduster
Tricky question to answer. I think the easiest heist if you know what you're doing and have a friend to play with is the casino, Big Con with Gruppe Sechs entry. Go directly to the vault, collect the money, avoid like two guards to exit the casino, and then run the track to freedom. It's just completely on auto-pilot, there are only a few moments where you need to kind of think about what you're doing. If you generally play solo, and have to use randoms to fill out the other heists, then yes this one is easiest. Only because you can do it solo and can't on the others. That said, this one is also pretty easy solo--again, if you know what you're doing. I can consistently get in and out in 10 minutes or less, just killing a handful of guards and avoiding a handful of others. That's pretty damn easy. And the more you know, the easier it gets. (e.g. Learning little tricks like that you don't need to even leave the compound perimeter fence to escape the island.) If you don't know what you're doing--new player, don't look for tips online, don't replay the heists over and over to learn them, or whatever--then I think they're probably all pretty hard, though this is maybe still the easiest under those circumstances. Maybe. Aspects of this are probably very hard on unknowledgeable players. I can imagine the scope out mission being an unbearable hell of getting reset to the start point (it was for me on day 1, until I figured out safe paths to take and which things actually needed scoping out). I can also imagine setting off the alarm constantly on the finale, then getting shot to pieces trying to escape. Both of these are just lack of knowledge more so than lack of skill. The easiest heist without foreknowledge might be Fleeca, or at least it's close. Fleeca really walks you through and since you steal a Kuruma for the job, it's hard to get killed or mess it up too badly. Might take forever, but two players with thumbs and brain stems should beat it nearly every time, even the first time. Of course... the pay ain't sh*t. But that wasn't the question. JoeBoneless
its not that its the easiest its that you can do it solo, without having to worry about morons screwing up, getting shot, losing loot, alerting the first guard on the island, dying, playing bad music over their mics its not that its the easiest... its that you can do the entire thing, from setup to finale, in way shorter time than any other heist. its not that its the easiest its that you can get paid more for it doing it as lazily and quickly as possible, and you dont even need to split the winnings with people oh hell, its the easiest. i did the whole thing with no kills, did it with just a knife, i mean, its fun Rotorhead359 and SummerFreeze
Buddy Hightower
Everything is easy when you know how to do it. Because it is solo friendly I was able to go in and just stay there until I figured it out. My first run through probably took an hour of me trying it over and over again and being killed dozens of times. However once I learned it, it's a piece of cake. Now I'm in and out in less than 15 minutes. Now contrast that with the prison break heist that I have had active for 3 years and never have finished because you need 3 others and I only have 1 real-life friend that plays the game. If I had the same 3 others join every time, we would have figured it out and moved on, years ago. Rotorhead359

These days, kids expect everything to get handed to them on a plate. I have seen multiple players doing exactly what I described in the first half of my previous post. As for youtube, depends which one you watch. Watching the clickbait youtubers is almost as good as not watching at all. Personally I prefer written guides or maps over 10-minute clickbait videos where the actual point is only 1 minute long.
Dirty Hairy
So easy. I manage to complete the elite challenge on hard everytime I do it. I use the Drainage tunnel infil and main dock exfil every time. My best completion time so far is 10:53. Very generous payouts, low heist cooldown times, AND the fact that you can do all of this solo makes this the best money making scheme in the game as of right now.
