Franklin Toreno Posted January 4, 2021 Share Posted January 4, 2021 So recently I tried downloading GTA Underground but unfortunately it didn't work. I downloaded the standalone version 3.1.1. After downloading 7.2 GB and taking half an hour to install I tried to start the game. It told me I need to have Eax.Dell installed, I tried install the dll file. But then when I start the game, it gives me a black screen then goes back to the desktop. I have tried many several attempts on my low PC but it didn't work. Download new Snapshot 4 and its latest patch and make a clean GTA Sa folder then extract all snapshot 4 files into it and replace files if it asks to , then extract the latest patch and you're good to go. Make sure you extract all of the contents of the RAR archive. Furthermore, verify if you have MSVC++ 2015-2019 runtime installed, as well as the DirectX runtimes.
