Issue with retexturing

Hello, uh...I tried to mod a skin, the shirt texture used on it is "tshirtwhite"
I tried placing a jersey mod on it, then I replaced the shirt texture with the jersey texture, they're technically the same, same shape, what changes is the texture.
When in-game, the texture is all glitchy, for example, the front-side is reversed, the number in the back isn't in the right place, etc.
I been trying to fix this for like 4 hours yesterday, and nothing came up.

Here is the model, if you guys are used to retexturing and know what the problem could be, please help a brother out.
