SA freezes at every cutscene

Quick little background: I own the steam version of the game, I have everything installed such as cleo, silent patch, downgrade, 4gb patch, frame limiter, audio patch, etc. I also have enb, but no graphics mods.

For the most part, the game works fine. However, every single time I start a mission, the game freezes on the mission title screen. The weirdest part, though, is that it will load if I reload my save. For a while I was doing this to get through the game. Tedious, but worth it imo. HOWEVER, I've gotten to the first Cesar mission, and it now freezes whenever i start the minigame. I assume this is because there's a cutscene there. 

Any advice on how to fix this? Couldn't find anything concrete on google. Also, the "MISSION PASSED" sound never plays, which is unfortunate....I'm not sure if the two issues are related.

Everything from the Beautification Project. Install order is as followed:

 

1.0 Downgrade

4gb Patch

Widescreen Fix

Cleo 4.4.0

Texture Stream Fix

60 FPS Frame Limiter

Flickering Fix

Mod Loader 

Silent Patch SA (w/ Better in)

Windowed Mode

Random Crash Fix (adds cut audio)

 

And then Boris' ENB. That is everything

Random crash fix might have a problem with other mods, try deleting it.

When I installed it, it replaced some of the vanilla audio files. Do you know of a way to get them back without doing a full re-install?

There isn't really anything you can do if you edited the whole audio file coz It's over 3gb and The whole SA is 4gb. Now the lesson to be learned here is to:

 

Back-up your files before modding.
