Entry Point Not Found Error

Hello! I'm currently having an issue with the Epic Games version of GTA V. When I try to launch the game it says "The procedure entry point terminate could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Winows\SYSTEM32\VCRUNTIME140_1.dll". I have installed all Visual C++ versions from 2005 to 2019, and Direct X 11 and it fixed some errors that where happening before and this one still stands. I also tried replacing the DLL file myself and the issue still occurs. I am running windows 8.1 x64, and any help will be appreciated. Thanks!
