Modded GTA SA v1.0 doesn’t start after installing HD CJ mod?

So basically I just finished modding my game with the “GTA SA beautification project” (http://www.skyrim-beautification-project.com/gtasa/) and after installing a new mod my game doesn’t open anymore. Every time I try to open the game my cursor starts loading, the game pops up in my task bar, then 2 seconds later it’s gone. It still pops up in my task manager though and it doesn’t say there’s any errors. Since I downgraded my Steam game to 1.0 I have 2 executables for the games and the 2nd exe manages to actually ask me what resolution I wanna play in since I have the widescreen fix mod. After I select my resolution and click ok the game does the same thing and doesn’t start. It also shows up in task manager as well. Also I did make a backup of my modded game but even that copy doesn’t work. When I try to start the copied version the game pops up ik task manager for a second and then “Windows Problem Reporting” also comes up for a second before disappearing. How can I fix this? My game was working fine before I tried to install that HD CJ mod.
 

Update: Before posting this I decided to try my original modded version and it lets me pick what resolution to play it at but the game still does not load. Also tried my modded copied version and it forces me to play 32:9 aspect ratio for some reason and it loaded me into the game but none of the textures loaded in. It said “press shift and enter keys to show editor” in the top left.

This problem must be cause by enb , Try to use the asi version of enb
