vcfan1991 Posted January 2, 2021 Share Posted January 2, 2021 (edited) While being apprehended by triads down an alleyway in Chinatown is indeed nerve-wracking, I think by far the most terrifying moment in GTA 3 is in the mission Kingdom Come where we're ambushed by maniacal suicide bombers. Their hysterical laughter and unsavoury appearance combined with the sheer shock of how quickly and dangerous the situation has become. You don't even have time to think, only run for your frickin life! Phew! Bartleby Posted January 3, 2021 Share Posted January 3, 2021 (edited) Not a storyline mission, but the rampage in Cedar Grove with the flamethrower against AK-wielding* Colombians can be downright miserable. Even hiding behind the hedges isn't guaranteed to work, as a handful of them inevitably find their way back there and can shred you really quickly. Edit: Though if you haven't finished The Exchange yet, they likely only wield Uzis - still very annoying, anyway.
