Most Efficient Way To Level Up?

I am currently at Level 82. I have been doing Special Cargo missions to level up. Is this still the most efficient way, or is there a better way?

 

EDIT: I am simply trying to get to Level 100. One for the achievement and two for the unlocks.

To be honest, I don't have a definitive answer. However, though I'm mostly playing freemode, I have ranked up from level 118 to 121 in about a week by just playing a ton of survivals and deathmatches - in other words, having fun doing competitive jobs rather than grinding the same missions.

 

Otherwise, spin the lucky wheel for RP prizes, participate in featured series with 2x-3x RP rewards, do daily objectives etc. Go with the flow of the game, have fun, watch time pass and eventually realize you have gone up several ranks.

Play the game. Take advantage of whatever series is 2x for the week. 2x Stunt Races are an excellent source of RP.

IIRC collecting the playing cards and dolls gives a ton of RP.

 

I'd have to check to be sure, but it seems like replaying the Gather Intel mission for the Cayo Perico heist gives you 1500 RP even if you return to LS immediately. So how long would it take to do this? Maybe 3 minutes every time if your sub is next to the hangar.

 

Either way the new heist pays very well in both RP and money as you can complete it and all prep missions solo in like an hour.
