Zello Posted January 1, 2021 Share Posted January 1, 2021 (edited) So this Show is a prequel to Power. Its about 50 cents character Kanan's origin story in the 90s. I hope it's good because the original show quickly went downhill after the first 3 seasons and became terrible. The first spinoff Book II Ghost is also equally terrible. 50 cent is really trying to make the Power Universe a thing and has 2 more spinoffs in the works. I really hope they have a different writing team. I'm really only interested in the show because it takes place in the 90s. I mean the writing was never top tier but it just became embarrasingly bad (ending was atrocious too). I didn't like any character later on, especially Tariq is among the worst ever.
