I could only get the stupid blood money mission to start, I tried 5 times to get a regular freeroam stranger mission from him but it kept resetting every time. And when I went to Sadie, it said Jake Adler on the map and he was in the shack, not Sadie. I left and went back in and Sadie had appeared, I didn't know if a Jake mission would count as being from Sadie. It's pretty bad that there are still stranger mission glitches after 3 years.
