Game crashes when I try to read Oleg's e-mails during "Wrong is Right"

Title.  The game doesn't only crash when I try to look at the emails.  It happens if I try to visit a random webpage, too.

 

The mods I installed:

-FusionFix

-ColAccel

-Simple Native Trainer

commandline.txt to optimise this crappy port 

-nomemrestrict
-norestrictions
-percentvidmem 100
-noprecache
-novblank
-heapsize 2097152
-windowed

-Some car mods installed with OpenIV

 

Version of GTA IV I'm playing:

Steam Complete Edition (Not downgraded)
