Save your car anywhere without CLEO/other mods. I just need a little advice and it's done!

This simple but very practical idea should work with GTA3, pc version. But I need a practical hint about how to realize it.

 

Does anyone remember about the rhyno cheat code? GIVEUSATANK

If you spawn a rhyno (I said spawn with cheats...not steal !) and you park it where you wish (for instance, in the middle of a street), it never disappears, even if you save & reload your game!

 

I'm 95% sure that if we change the rhyno cheat car model (for instance, a Kuruma), our car will remain in-game forever, unless we destroy it or someone else destroys it.

I just need to know how to achieve that. I'm reading something about memory addresses hacking. Does that mean I have to edit an exe string with an hex editor or something like that?

I always hated how you have to steal sh*tty cars because your car despawns. My dream would be to have a personal car in a GTA game. I would be glad to share in GTA modding websites my mod, maybe with a 4 door sedan like the iconic Kuruma. And if you don't like the color, just use the Pay n spray!
