FanEu7
I think she was just ok, I'm kind of glad that she doesn't have a big role until the last Chapter. Her personality & voice was already getting annoying in the Epilogue, imagine that for the whole game
Lemoyne outlaw
i agree. i think she had some decent moments. but she did get annoying. it feels like they tried to make a violent and more tough version of bonnie. im pretty sure i read about how a bunch of women were mad at rockstar because they did not have any strong women in their games. which is not true anyway. but i think they were trying to appease them. and its not good. im all for having strong or tough women in the game. but it feels like they went overboard with sadie. and i also agree about her voice. it is annoying. LegitimatePride
I'm neutral about her, didn't love nor dislike her. But I wish they didn't give her all the amount of screentime she ended up getting, we needed more Bill and Javier, both of who had small screentime in RDR1 and also ended up getting little in RDR2. Also, it's just my opinion, but she honestly shouldn't have been in the Epilogue (at least not in the way she was used) cause she was not needed plot-wise: her entire role there is to get John to start bounty hunting, even though RDR1 (where Sadie didn't exist yet) had already established that John didn't need someone else's influence to start bounty hunting. She did save the gang offscreen in our absence during Chapter 5 and later helps break John out of prison. Feel like pretty a big role to me (and feels forced too IMO). Also really.....really....hate her during Colm's hanging. If Micah goes crazy, oh it's bad but if Sadie goes berserk, everyone just laughs it off in game. I can stomach what I mentioned above but in the Epilogue I just had enough of her. Would put a bullet in her head if the game allowed me. Also feels so forced that they hanged Micah's guy. I mean that guy was being threatened by Micah and we had no choice to save him because Sadie gets her way. Yeah but for most of the game she doesn't really do anything and just hangs around at the camp. Imagine if she had a Chapter 6/Epilogue esque role throughout the game. It would have dragged down the whole story honestly. I agree that she became really annoying during the Epilogue, she was bearable before that apart from Colm's hanging Edited January 1, 2021 by FanEu7 Ryo256

Jeansowaty
Never liked her, she is like a female Micah that is on your side. And reminds me too much of Catalina from the 3D era GTAs. Carmencitas, FanEu7, Ryo256 and 3 others

Shadowfennekin
I like her, she's a strong woman character that doesn't feel like utter sh*t like most modern female characters are *glares at Rey Palpatine and Abby 'Super Buff despite it being an apocalypse'* I just wish we got more closure with her and Charles, they just get sent off to Canada and South America to explain them not being around in the first game without any real ending. Maybe the intention was for them to get DLC similar to Johnny and Luis but I'd really have liked to see an ending for them, especially Charles Crawsack and Taterman
cp1dell
Rockstar, or more-so--Sam and Dan Houser--take a lot of inspiration from films. I see all these people complain: "Oh now Rockstar is pushing this strong-woman agenda too, she's just as bad as Micah, she's just a killer it makes no sense" etc. etc. All I see, is a female version of Josey Wales, and that ain't so bad. Ryo256
An average film is what? 3 hours long at best? Problem is that Sadie gets more screentime and forcefully even more than a side character of her level would in a film. In a game where characters like Micah and Arthur are loathed for being aggressive, Sadie gets a free pass. Her character is not being judged in isolation. Algonquin Assassin
Her character development trajectory is bizarre. From the moment she’s saved she kinda doesn’t do a thing of note and feels like a background character until she turns into a blood thirsty bounty hunter WTF? Unless I’m missing something, but it feels like there was supposed to be more of her in the middle of the story where we get to see her evolve. It just felt like to me she went from being a damsel in distress to a bounty hunter overnight. Other than that I do like her. She has strong fibres similar to Bonnie, but the way she’s treated is so jarring compared to the rest of the cast. Mourning widow -> Sean's homecoming party (she warms up to the others) -> Camp worker -> Further Questions of Female Suffrage (she demonstrates her fighting prowess) -> Guard duty (she also tells Arthur she wants to kill O'Driscolls) -> Horsemen, Apocalypses (she goes hellbent on O'Driscolls) -> when all the guns save Charles are away, she helps the gang escape elsewhere -> chapter 5 and 6 shenanigans that we know Taterman, Algonquin Assassin and cp1dell
SM00V 0PERAT0R
Overrated. I also never warmed up to her. Just seems like some typical Hollywood PC role. Ryo256 and Killerman29
