Can't finish the game

I can't finish the game in 1st or the 2nd path. In the 1st one after killing Pegorino on an island the cut-scene won't load, all the other cut-scenes in the game have worked perfectly fine. I tried changing graphical and resolution settings but nothing fixed the issue. In the 2nd path after getting in the helicopter to chase Dimitri, the camera angle is positioned in such a manner that I cannot see how I fly the helicopter, and the resolution changes to 640x480, which prevents me from finishing the mission. Without finishing the story I can't get 100% game completion. I play on a laptop with i7-10750H CPU, rtx 2070 max-q GPU and 16 gb ddr4 ram 3200 MHZ, SSD drive 64bit Windows 10 pro, I play on rockstar game launcher, game version is 1.2.0.43.
