GTA IV (Steam) Download Loop!

I bought GTA IV, the download is doing well, until the "Verifying Download" Part whenever its complete it restarts telling me if I want to continue the download all over again stuck at verifying download tried resuming the download to let it complete but it will just tell me to Resume the download again!
