GTA Vice City crashes when loading a save file (unhandled exception c0000005 at adress 004c3ff7)

My game's version is the original non-steam version but with a no cd v1.0 .exe file. I downloaded a widescreen fix (Widescreen Fixes Pack - plugins to make or improve widescreen resolutions support in PC games (thirteenag.github.io)) , a mod to play the game in windowed mode (GitHub - ThirteenAG/III.VC.SA.WindowedMode: Windowed Mode plugin (for GTA3, VC, SA)), and GInput. The game crashes after loading any save file that isn't 100% completed. Although, it doesn't crash after starting a new game. Does someone knows a way to fix this?
