Does anyone have the same problem?

With this new update I tried to get money from selling my expensive CEO building and expensive facility for a cheaper one, but every time i do that i do not get the trade-in money back, and i dont know why it keep on happening, does anyone had some advice on how to fix this?

It applies that money to the cost of the new location to lower it rather than give it to you.

But i didnt put any upgrades on it, i had everything on my old CEO and no upgrades on the new one but still don’t have any trade-in money?!

Do you remember that apartment glitch that got thousands of accounts reset? That's why you can never make money on a property trade-in. People were abusing a property trade to glitch money, so Rockstar decided you can never get money back, no matter what property you are trading. Sorry for your loss.

I don’t agree, im after 1 year of playing finally lvl100 but my brother got reset at lvl 300 and he had to start all over again now he’s at lvl 200 but if he didn’t had his attitude he would not have started over again, he was so so pissed, for him was it a lot harder than for my just started out friens

How are you only now reaching rank 100 after 1 year? Rank 100 can be reached in 1 month.

I didn’t know that glitch, but yesterday I bought a cheap property and the trade price for the o other cheap property I want to changed for, was about 400k...

Rockstar broke the property trade-in price which had worked properly for years.

Rockstar account wiped people who noticed this and succumbed to the temptation of "free money".

Rockstar ruined the property trade-in price for everyone else as a fix.

 

By all means, blame the glitchers.

The thing is that reporting these people are widely known for absolutely nothing happening except you wasting your time, they won't get banned and in worst case scenario for them if they get enough reports they just end up in bad sport, which takes a whole lot of reports that they can clear by doing jobs, getting commented etc

All due respect, you are confusing 2 different issues here. Mod menu abuses are different to glitchers as glitchers only abuse weak/broken aspects of the game where as mod menu abuse can be far worse as seen on PC (and old gen, PS3 era) only. PS4/Xbox equivalent doesn't have this type of isdue.

 

Mod abusers can reset players ranks and things like that, whereas all a glitcher can do is short cut a bit of cash or go into got mode to cheat a win/kill etc.

I'm not confused about anything. Some guy was just getting too involved with a comment I made about nothing. Modding, Glitching. Bottom line cheating. I don't care what adjectives I used to describe it.
