Cayo Perico heist permanently bugged. Anyone got a solution?

Has anyone else got this bug? The characters both freeze during the cutscene once you successfully finish the heist. Just as your character hands the security guard the bag, they freeze. There is ambient SFX still playing, and the tree behind is still swaying in the wind but... That's it. It doesn't resolve itself and you have to hard reset. 

 

I thought this was a one off, but I've tested it 4 times now and it's still the same. There's no way for me to continue. For reference, it is hard mode, bearer bonds. Just want to see if anyone else has this specific issue?
