I think the dude that made "Playing it by the book" deleted all his missions, including the MOTW entry.

MVP_Gamming's vote won't be counted as it doesn't meet criteria of MOTW's rule ''Account must be at least 4 weeks old and has 20 posts made to be able to vote''.

 

Plus, multiple accounts are not allowed. Some people never learn..

probably because it's the most recent one. It's hard to rebember the other ones. 

Notice how the first and second ones are relatively voted a lot too.
