ddarko12 Posted December 27, 2020 Share Posted December 27, 2020 I wanted to know if this is something that could be changed or if it's just how the forum layout works beyond y'alls control but: If I'm looking at threads and click on the last page number or timestamp of the last post, I get an ad popup and then it takes me to the first page afterwards. It has to be one of the most annoying things because obviously I clicked on the last page or post. Is this just part of the design that can't be changed? It's been mentioned several times in the dlc speculation thread and I've even reported some posts to be sure the staff is noticed about it but no one has ever said anything about it.. Now videos are starting to play at the bottom of my screen for 15 seconds on top of the ad redirects. I ha- it's happening again right as I type this. Twice actually. I really hate to say this but I will no longer be using this site with adblock/without the ABP browser. There's ads and then there's this. We are currently trialling different ad types based on their recommendations. Unfortunately due to the way ads are shown, we don't always see the same ads as you, which makes it difficult to diagnose what's causing issues like ad redirects. We will be passing on your feedback to the ad provider so they can investigate.
