How do I fill both of these things up. I have also purchased all upgrades and currently have 5 mil in my account. I have made 3.5 mil from crates and 6.7 mil from i/e.

The hell? I haven't looked in the office safe for years, but it used to be solid cash in there. Guess they did that around the launch of the Casino and nobody noticed lol.
