My game keeps stuttering and freezing

Every couple of seconds my game would stutter horribly, it drops down to about 5 frames per second, it makes the game basically unplayble, tried optimizing my Nvidia control panel settings didn't make a difference, tried lowering the settings, nothing helps, i monitered my task manager as playing didn't notice any spikes in any areas as the game was lagging, tried reverting my graphics drivers to a previous version didn't help either, tried with playing with the paging file off and on, no difference, happens offline and online, the game was working just fine before the update, please someone help me as the game is literally unplayable right now.
