Payment to the submarine captain is excluded since this fee is similar to the extra money we find in deposit box

* I assume all primary and secondary objectives spawn in similar probability since I am not sure the actual probability.

*All bags are assumed 100%filled in all scenario

*Gold and arts only spawn in mansion area. art may spawn in office, which is accessible by solo player. Gold  spawned behind simultaneous open steel door, which mean solo players not able to take any gold bar.

Bigger team size brings  better total payout , assistant receive a better payment in the same time.

For host, recruit an extra helper will bring an extra 100k to 150k income when the objective ain't golden panther. When the primary objective has a lower value, the host earn more. When the objective is more expensive, the host earn less.

Stealing the panther with 1 helper give only 11k potential bonus to host when both players fill their bags, obviously not a good option to do it with random.

Host get a slight increase in earning if they steal Alcohol or Necklace with 2 assistant but it dun worth to try with random 

Stealing other objective in a 3 man team reduce host income

Employing 3 players drain host income from 100K to 240k

 

Conclusion:

If u are a lon wolf player, always solo panther state. Consider recruit a helper to maximize your income.

If you have 12to 3 friends regularly play with, do in routes may give better payment.

 

After reading the shxt above, everyone know how to host now?

I have more than enough money so I am running the Heist and giving my broke friend 85% of the take each time. He's currently coming out with about $1.7 million each run. Both times we got the Bearer Bonds but if we could get the Pink Diamond or Panther Statue he could clock two million a run.

 

If you and a friend are willing to rotate the 85% you can both make serious money.
