My character actually got the "snowflake" on its health, so this would be a good time for there to be a naturalist "hardy tonic used when too hot or cold." Everytime that daily IS UP, I can't get the snowflake no matter how undressed my character is (even when it is minus 3 degrees, way up north "Player Temperature: Fair." ) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Also, Eagle Eye breaks quite a bit, it is hard to see small animals and enemies. I had to adjust my playstyle and even what activities I do quite a bit, and it is not much fun. IIRC, it snowed every day and stopped after Christmas day. No so snow until New Years, and then it continued until the following event week started. j_jesser Posted December 29, 2020 Share Posted December 29, 2020 My fiancé and I have pretty much stopped playing due to the weather in-game. We live in Idaho, and this is the weather we see when we look outside, and now when we try to escape it inside. Both of us play this game because we are avid campers and hikers, so to get stuck indoors we need to be able to escape. Week-long blizzards are a bad idea no matter where you're at. Hell, watching your characters freeze their a$$es off is depressing. I think that a day or two of snow all over would have been great! But this past week was a total effing bummer. Everyone that's commented about the doom and gloom, we agree with 100% Also, I know that the snow effected spawn rates of things, I don't think I've seen a squirrel all week, which really hinders trader dailies. Not that the daily system isn't broken anyhow, but I really think they need to rework some of the tasks. There has been heavy winds, but we didn't get the big storm like we did last year. Maybe they are saving it for New Years? I doubt it.
