Small-axe1981
And, how much preps u do, which, and for what... im doing all preps right now, I spend about 2,5 - 3 hours.
Thoomas98
I think for everything 1.5 hour. Like 15mins max for the scope out. And then another hour for setups. I use the submarine, then I do 3 of the 4 equipment and the weapons. And then 15mins for the heist itself. I play solo. My get in is via the drainage and get out main dock. Gaffa
Essential preps and heist completed within 50-55 minutes. - Scope out mission - Vehicle acquisition mission (usually Longfin) - 3x Equipment missions (leave out the charges at the top of the list) - Weapon loadout mission I leave the disruption missions alone as it's usually not an issue when you don't raise the alarm. gtafan26, Lonely-Martin and Small-axe1981
Sinnen
10 mins for scoping out, then around 40 minutes for preps, 15 minutes for heist. You can do disruption missions in 1 minute btw, just start one, wait 10-15 seconds and find a new session.
docpain222
I do the following and play solo and use stealth: Scope out mission: - check the airport area, then head to primary target. Finish that and now get caught by a guard to go back to airport. Fly home to LS. Prep missions: - vehicle (either longfin or velum) - weapon ( anything but shotgun and sniper rifle) * if you get Merryweather, destroy helicopter and start a new prep mission to get a "CEO office" mission. - clone fingerprint mission - special item mission (either safe code or plasma cutter) - cutter tool for grate/lock ups Mission: -If coke is at hanger, use velum, if not then use longfin at main dock (if velum, buy stash option) - buy silencers - get secondary items first, try to get two coke - sneak into main compound by killing guards at final checkpoint, one usually has keycard. Go for headshots. Make sure they die so you don't alert the island. - once in compound (i use the south keypad entry by heli), get key from killing guard/s and head into basement. - go to elevator and go into office. If art is there, steal that. Open safe and get that extra cash. - Go back to basement via elevator and get primary target. -Exit out of the same way you came. I usually need to kill 1 or 2 reinforcement guards. - Once out, head to SW area (towards main dock) where the fence meets the water/cliff - swim to the main dock, go under water when guard bots get close. This typically happens once when swimming. (Benefit to this is no foot guards, and el rubio heads over land to airport first) - get to main dock and steal a boat. - head away from island until complete. Total time is typically 1.5 hours for everything. One main bug i get is prep heist can not be delivered and I have to switch servers. Do you scope hangar, too? Or are you only going for the primary + anything on escape route? I do the exact same steps, and need 10 to 15 minutes for finale. I’m sorry, I don’t understand, disruption have travels across the map, at least 5 min for destroying the items... for me 17 min to do the three disruptions

1am7h30n3
45-55 minutes for preps. scope (only primary target), kosatka vehicle, all equipment except the 1st one in list, weapons (mostly AP+sniper, sometimes machine pistol+shotgun). i don't do any disruptions. Finale the longest was a few hours (trying different strategies and dying to quick restart), the shortest so far 14min but i'm still finding my optimal strategy. I expect to be able to consistently do all preps + finale in 1hr when i've worked out my method, I'm still trying things and playing around for now. Yes, guards on island will have pistols and no armor. Edited December 22, 2020 by Sinnen SummerFreeze

Total time : 1h to 1.15h Not normally no - although in the future I'll try to be doing the heist a bit more "for fun" rather than "for quick cash", I'll probably go with other methods will which push the timer up. Escape route is usually taking the motorcycle next to the guard just outside the main compound buildings and driving into the water in the hope to find a boat to escape. I already got the Elite Challenge, and although the extra money and $100k elite bonus is nice, the money from the main target is usually good enough. Scope out mission takes like 10 minutes - 5 minutes on SA and 5 or less on CP. If I'm going speedy on the heist, it's around 9 minutes - including escape - whenever I venture out of the main compound area to get Secondary Loot which is normally done after acquiring the main target. Otherwise the heist is around 7 minutes.
