Crew Emblem Question

Not sure this is the right place or even possible. But I am absolutely horrible at making Crew Emblems. Is it possible to use a .png file to have your Emblem for your GTA Online Crew? I simply want this as my logo for my Crew.

No, it's not possible to simply upload an image and use it as your emblem. You have to use the tools of the Emblem Editor.

I remember there was lot of emblem requests after GTA V was launched.

It was possible to create custom emblems using a vector editor that saves into SVG, and hack the XML (which is basically just a text file of the vector data).

That, if I'm right was patched later. I've never played GTA Online so I can't say if there are differences between the Console and PC versions.

Correct. This method used to be possible with svg stuff but has since a while ago (not sure how long ago) been patched and any existing emblems made using that method can't be used anymore if you try it now. Older crews probably still have them.
