Sonar stopped detecting underwater treasure caches

After purchasing the sonar station for the new submarine my sonar button (R3 on ps4) worked perfectly activating my sonar which played a distinct sound and detected underwater treasure caches.

 

However, once I collected all 10 supposedly "daily" treasure caches my sonar stopped working properly. Now when pressing R3 my sonar no longer plays a sound and does not detect any treasure.  The sonar does detect other submerged submarines, but does not play a sound or detect treasure. This has been occurring for multiple days now and is clearly a bug.

 

Also has anyone else encountered this issue?

Update:

 

After a lengthy back and forth with Rockstar Support, they finally did resolve this issue. Sonar sound and treasure are working again.
