It’s a draw between Liberty City and Vice City, but I voted Vice City for the poll’s sake.

Las Venturas, closely followed by Liberty.
Los Santos gets Bronze, Vice City and San Fierro it's just a fight for which feels less rushed, so i guess SF would be at last place, since Vice Beach doesn't look rushed at all.

I know these aren't included on the list above but Carcer City and Cottonmouth are gr8... eerie and strange. Something that other cities haven't captured so well.

I choose San Fierro, it has a special charm I can't fully explain, maybe it's the tram, the slopes, the buildings style or the fact that SA's missions I enjoyed more take place at there. Anytime I replay San Andreas I wish SF part were longer.

Vice City and Los Santos, easily. I don't really like 3D Era LC much, I only played GTA 3 after VC and SA so I never had that nostalgic connection with it and the city just looked dead and weird.
