Bullet impact Euphoria For Enemys in Melee Combat?

I was Wondering if a mod exists or could be made that Enables a Enemys Euphoria ragdoll when punched in melee combat (Like the Bullet impact euphoria mod, when niko gets punched he stumbles for a sec with the ragdoll with each punch, this would be great for npcs, instead of the normal fall back recover.                           ezgif.com-gif-maker_1.gif
