3d model weight paintings missing after exported using blender (SA)

Hi, i believe that this is my first post here. I have been trying to rig a custom model to SA using blender and encountered this problem where the weight paintings that i added/edited are gone when i exported it.

The model on the right is how it supposed to be and on the left is the output.
