Today I was doing the heist and found this while going to airport from main dock cause my bag wasn't full.

Is this the "Someone that is out there" and apparently Pavel's friend as he suggests?

For a strange reason, I thought he was talking about Bogdan. Seeing that he went off the grid. Maybe he was hiding out near Cayo.
