Game crashes around San Fierro docks

Hello, first post here.

 

I'm currently having issues with game crashes around SF docks when going through it.

 

NRG-500 is completed, but Import/Export doesn't.

Both of these are ran without any mods sans ASI Loader/Modloader/SCRLog installed.

 

Also, I tried to run the blackboard fix that OrionSR suggested here, both of these crashes on startup savegame load. Crashlog follows: (ASILoader/Cleo/Modloader installed only)

EDIT: The crashes also occurs with a completely stock game, same exception as the first one without any fixes.

UPDATE: Issue fixed by another people (Matigamer64#4108) over at Grinch_'s Cheat Menu Discord server.
