ImmortalKombat Posted December 17, 2020 Share Posted December 17, 2020 Apparently , when the trailer dropped there was a Diamond Panther in the vault at the compound of the Cayo Perico island which got everyone's attention. So when the DLC came out , when people got to "scoping out the compound" part, either the vault had a random valuable item like jewels or a necklace or a diamond etc or it didn't spawn anything at all . But why didn't the Panther spawn, even after u restart the heist after completing it? There are 2 possibilities: 1: The Diamond Panther is so rare to get that it only spawns at a 0.2-15% chance 2:It won't ever spawn cause it was just used in the trailer but can't be implemented for some reason in the DLC What are your thoughts on this? Posted December 17, 2020 Share Posted December 17, 2020 (edited) Like the Diamond Casino Heist interchanges cash, artwork, gold and diamonds, I believe this will spawn in the same manner when replaying the heist or will be saved for a special event, as they are dripfeeding vehicles into the game - so much likely updated through tunables. Even if the Panther is 1.9 million on hard thats still, with a full bag of goodies, over two million for that run. No amount of coding or modders can change the heist cause that would mean changing the base code for the heist and that would affect the heist not just for those individuals but for everyone. U need to use ur floppin brain mate. Panther on normal will be 1,9mil. 1,9*1,1=2,09mil. Regarding cheaters unlocking loot with menus, that can be done and they were doing all the time. Don't make a fool of yourself jumping on others with your epithets. Also if it was 1,8 on normal, with 10% bonus it would be 1,98mil. So you can't even perform basic math. After 7 years of milking the crap out of this game, until it became the single most successful digital media item in history....yes they certainly can. Even if they were super generous now with payouts, it in no way would jeopardize what this game has brought in profit wise to them already, especially this late into the game's impressive life cycle.
