Cayo Perico Heist or Diamond Casino Heist for solo player with no friends?

I've done the Cayo Perico Heist several times now, including completing the elite challenge. While it feels good seeing those cool seven figure takes, some people in the Cayo Perico section are saying that Diamond Casino Heist is still faster. While they may be right, I haven't played the Diamond Casino heist myself so I can't say. The Diamond Casino finale does require an additional player though and I dread the thought of even one random in my heist.

Does anyone know which heist is better for a solo player with no friends?

Back in 2015 and 2016 when I had one friend who played GTA online, we used to have to rely on two randoms not being complete f*ck ups. It was painful. Although back then I had significantly more free time for video games, so replaying the same set up over and over for an hour or more really didn't bother me too much.

These days I just don't have the time and I play on my own all the time, so I'm really grateful that this is something I can plod along and do at my own pace. I've scoped the island and done two set ups, f*ck knows when I'll get it done or how many times I'll replay it (if at all)... but I'm happy just doing my own thing.

I'd buy a cheap PC and a copy of GTAO, then replay Data Situation with two keyboards.

I guess nobody cares, but just remember that it could be argued this is in breach of the EULA:

You agree not to, and not to provide guidance or instruction to any other individual or entity on how to use or install the Software (or permit others to do same) on a network, for on-line use, or on more than one computer or gaming unit at the same time.

Mind you, it also says:
You agree not to, and not to provide guidance or instruction to any other individual or entity on how to restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying any online features of the Software.

...and yet Rockstar Games themselves don't really care about players on PC crashing one another or being kicked from a lobby etc, so maybe that whole argument is a nonstarter farce anyway.

"I would"

I express a desire, i'm not giving a instruction. ;)

But you're right, that's ridiculous.

Given that the Diamond Casino heist can't be played solo, doesn't Cayo Perico win by default?

So I guess the real question is if it's worth finding a GTA friend to grind the casino with... well, it is the most profitable active grind so I'd say, yes. Only collecting crates for a x2 event rivals it really.

Casino heist. Cycle between Aggressive Sewer Entrance and Big Con Gruppe6. (you may want to do Stealth once, so you have done all approaches, and unlock the ability to cancel the heist)

Doing it with randoms is not a problem, as long as they'll do it for 15/20%. If they ask more, leave and re-host. Maybe you'll make some heist friends along the way.

For Aggressive, get Gustavo Mota/Patrick McReary as gunman (NOT Chester McCoy, he gives small clips and low ammo count, and if you do Duggan shipments, which you should, you don't need specialized ammo)

and do all the optional preps. AND WEAR THE BLOODY REINFORCED ARMORS, NOT THE STANDARD / ORDERLY / UPSCALE ONES

For Big Con Gruppe6, only do level 2 keycards and patrol routes, cheapest gunman.

edit: don't forget the exit disguises.

As for the vault contents: Artwork takes 2, anything else 3, if you have Paige or Avi as hacker.

Driver, Karim Denz with Sentinel classic. Use sewer tunnel or helicopter, your call.

Don't do stealth with randoms, it will fail. Unless you plan for getting detected and shooting your way through. (and source the EMP/infiltration gear) The only reason to do it like this, is if you hate the Plastic Explosive prep enough.

Off topic: I have just finished the Cayo Perico heist, and discovered there were some keycard locks in the vault that required 2 players. I guess with a team of 2, Cayo Perico will be better than Casino because you can get a higher take. On my first solo run, I walked away with 1.5 million. (1.1 million primary take and about 400k in secondary loot)

I have yet to do the Casino Heist, smh.  Really need to finish the setups and find a couple people (PC) and get it knocked out.

I have done Cayo once and got 1.2 mil around solo. I always do casino heist with total 2 persons and target gold or art work, never do cash. I have a friend who always helps and we both do casino with each other. 80% 20% cut and the host always ends up with around 1.7 mil and if we get a good gold configuration, host can end up with 1.8. Always do silent and big con and never aggressive and can easily finish big con in under 15 minutes. I will have to do cayo heist again to do a better comparison but so far casino heist is the best. Me and my friend used to host it daily. Setups are not time taking.

I play the diamond casino heist with two consoles and it’s pretty easy if you’re doing the big con approach. Not everybody is going to have two consoles though.

I was already thinking of getting a new account, setup on laptop and only use it against someone who griefs against me. Though of modding that account and keep it there unless someone griefs :). This casino heist seems a good thing like this :)

As a solo player it's the Cayo Perico heist all the way. In terms of time spent, money made and no hassle with randomers, Cayo Perico destroys the DCH in terms of practicality.

To the comments above about breaching the EULA by playing on two PCs or consoles, my interpretation of that section is they're talking about attempting to use one copy (license) of the software on multiple devices at the same time, not using two separate licenses at the same time. Either way that's neither here nor there, nobody can prove anything and what difference does it make whether my legit purchased 2 copies are played on separate computers by myself or by myself and a friend.

I play the casino heist by myself, big con gruppe sechs and silent and sneaky using my 'work' laptop and my gaming pc. It's very effective, I only own an arcade on my main account and I only do the preps/setups on my main account and always just give my laptop secondary account minimum cut.

Now that there's cayo perico solo heist, I honestly wouldn't bother trying to get set up to solo the casino heist (and even less trying to play with randoms - silent and sneaky becomes very tricky with randoms even more so without mics). Cayo perico heist is great fun and it's already great money per hour (i think it's slightly lower $/h than casino heist right now, but it's fairly close) and once we become more familiar with it and learn the META it could become even better.

For solo, perico heist is all you got. For with one crew member, casino is better. Run the perico heist, when s friend joins, run the casino heist. Perico heist takes time (stealth) but is easy to do imo
