Uh well... Oh, this makes sense then. But I can see reasoning behind it. The plane is bad when it comes to it's main function, the bomber. There are no unique features that would make it top Bombushka or Volatol in that sense. Of course stealth may be useful for other purposes, but I don't think bombing is one of them. And all that considering so many ways they could go with this plane and how unique both of it's inspirations are. I will retract the statement If it's faster than Volatol however.
