Are servers down? (PS4)

Logged in and my friend couldnt join, tried to start up a new lobby and im getting “Your save data could not be loaded from rockstar cloud servers at this time.” 
Anyone else?

I have the same issue to. 

 

After researching online, I decided to delete the game off of the PS4 and am now attempting to re-install...but there is 35GB of data to download.

 

I'll report back after it's finished sometime tonight.

 

Here's the fix, according to Rockstar:

 

• On PS3 or PS4: Clear your game data (NOT save data) from the Game Data Utility in the XMB (system menu). Afterwards, hold L1 + R1 while booting the game

You deleted the whole thing? If delete game data utilty, it deletes the whole thing?

I couldn't find the game data utility, so I deleted the game.

 

I did not delete my save data. It's still on the PS4.

Jeez, never had this problem. Hopefully rockstar fixes this by tonight.

Me neither - only 90min left to go for the download to finish.

 

In the Cayo Perico Heist Breakdown thread - user saintsrow said he was able to get back into the game after about 40 tries and a couple hours.

Got the game working for me again but then the error happened again...LOL

i'll let you know how deleting and re-installing goes...hopefully it solves this widespread issue.

I'm having the same problem.

I re-installed it and started it up. 

 

I also held down L1 + R1 from the starting game screen with the bikini girl until after the 5 stars cleared at the very start of loading the game.

 

I was able to go into Online and then preceded to force a save...i'll try it later tonight to see if I can start it normally now.

 

After reading the se7ensins forum, they suggest exiting the game completely and closing the application. Then restart like my steps above. I would try that before uninstalling the game and having to download 35GB.

I am now able to log on as normal.

 

Hopefully Rockstar fixes this. It's a PITA.
