Still not able to sell apartments

A feature that would improve GTA Online a lot, at least to me. 

 

I don't know your opinion, but I would sell almost all my apartments even for something like 15 or 20% of the price. With in mind, having only 1 app left. Just to get rid of them, maybe I would even do that with no money in return.

 

With every business added since the launch, we now have a decent amount of parking places (CEO, nightclub, arcade, casino...). 

Prior, I bought 4 apartments to get parking places. Now they all fit + new ones I like in my businesses + my main apartment. I have 3 apartments with completely empty parking places.

I don't get the point of having those properties nor adding more to my collection. I don't even have enough money to buy cars to get them value, and if I had, i would rather complete my collection of planes or things here and here.

 

I want to feel like at home in an apartment, not an empty place with no point, launching the same heist as my other apartments.

Understand, having lot of properties in almost every street is not a big deal with businesses, they all have a different purpose and bring different missions, means for making money, heists, NPC... + parking places for some of them.

But properties ? Having one high end in LS is enough. Maybe 2, my little house at Paleto Bay is cool to take some days off, OK.

 

I totally get people with multiple properties needing them to place car collections or spawning points or whatever, I don't want to take that off from them.

 

But now that we have options, and a lot of things, please R*, let us sell apartments not needed... I can't even trade them for parking lots, because it will just add them to the list, since I "only" have 4 apartments...

 

What do you think about it?

After the apartment glitch for trading properties and the resulting money wipe I do not think R* will want anyone to suggest that we sell apartments or properties as the community will find a bug

to exploit it...

I think you should get your facts straight before posting an essay of complaints: you can trade in properties without buying an extra one, just don't select the empty slot when purchasing.

I don't know where you see an essay of complaints, but thanks for the correction. You can recognize that, because I don't want more properties, it would not be smart to try to buy another one to see if it's possible, with a great possibility of it being just added to my apartments list, no questions asked.

I'd sell all of my apartments and garages except the custom high end one if I could. I have no reason for them anymore since like you I bought them for extra parking space. It would be nice to get rid of them and also be rid of the stupid utility fees that they cost me.

Just give us mansions, Rockstar. You tease us with the nice mansions in the game since day 1, you tease us with the mansion in this new heist, and we can't have any of 'em despite being millionaires. Or sell us Michael's house. It's not like our character's gonna meet him.

I can only image all the Michael being killed ending being cannon threads and discussions if that were to happen.

You're the missing the point so badly you might as well post this in another thread. If you have six (or more, lost count) regular properties and then add the garage slots of the different businesses create a clusterf*ck of slots that are a chore to navigate. Having to pay extra to remove garage slots to avoid this is one thing, but for those who like the different garage spaces and don't want the same 10 car garage space every time then they're f*cked because they're either stuck with slots that have no use or just have to stick to keeping those

 

Point is, there's no reason to keep properties if you really don't want them anymore. Apartments and regular garages became obsolete. I personally don't need that many garage space, so why am I stuck with that endless list of garages? I precisely keep a low number to know where are my vehicles

Probably doesn't help you, but you could at least buy all the slots at that most expensive apartment complex, I forget the name but it has 8 options. That will reduce blips on the map, maybe put it out your mind a little.

Maybe Michael moved, maybe he died in the story, maybe he died afterwards. It doesn't really matter since the story is now 7 years behind events in Online.

That's completely wrong, at best it's 4-5 years.

@Rez090 In the Doomsday Heist update (2017) Agent14 says it's 2017. I think each DLC takes place the year of its release and see no reason why time in Online would've stopped there.
