The Annihilator Stealth is a stealth helicopter based on the stealth-modified Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk.

 

 

 

Price: $3,870,000

Trade Price: $2,902,500 - after completing The Cayo Perico Heist as the heist leader and using this as the approach vehicle

 

Capacity: ­6 (pilot and five passengers)

Size: Small

 

"Weather you're - off the record - planning a military coup or just looking for an extravagant party entrance, rappelling from the belly of the Annihilator can be as stealthy or showy as you choose."

 

Weapons: Machines Guns and Mounted Missile Barrage OR Mounted Homing Missiles.

 

Like the Akula, the Annihilator Stealth has a Stealth Mode that prevents you from showing up on the map and disables weapons while enabled.

 

The four passengers in the back can also rappel down while the aircraft is steady in a low altitude.

It appears to be inspired by it.

yeah most of the videos I've seen with it shows it getting blown up after one rocket, so pretty disappointing

Well not the mk2 the annihilator needed.

Amor seems sh*t, guns seem meh, looks are great.

Yeah I will get one for the tradeprice (Probably without the missiles cause the position they are mounted on makes it look a bit sh*t) and use it as a stealthy transport.

The first thing i was thinking is that this thing with the missile pods looks like dumbo.

Btw, this thing can´t tank one rocket and is dead after 5 shots from a explosive sniper. All in all, a akula, but worse. Less armor, not as nimble, no bombs.

- No functional side doors

- It reuses both the wings and weaponry from the Akula, even when the rocket pods from the Hunter or Strikeforce would have been better choices

- It explodes with a single missile

Yeah it seems this vehicle has no redeeming qualities over the Akula but the side passenger positions who can use better weapons. Can someone test to to see if the side gunners can use weapons in stealth mode?

I'm so buying it, I always wanted a clean body Blackhawk, sure its technically a Ghosthawk, but I'll take it.

 

 

Too bad about the permanently opened doors, but I can live with it.

 

C'mon, R*, we need more Hangar space, I would've bought 2 if I had the space.

So I've had the chance to test it a bit more yesterday..

It's not half bad, speed and maneuverability are pretty good and the no-cooldown missile pods and machine guns can always come in handy. Plus it's cool to have the rappel down feature on something more handy than a Maverick or a regular Annihilator, it's quite a lot of fun with friends. Still, lack of countermeasures sucks (I could understand it in the minute Sparrow but not very much here), which is a big problem since armor is useless against explosions.

Still, its main issue is the wings which oh my god look so bad, for a second I thought they mounted them backwards.

EDIT: according to the wiki the missiles have better tracking but shorter range than the other choppers, would be interesting to test.

The constant open doors and the step bar pretty much ruin the look for me, it's supposed to be a stealth helicopter. They could have done so much better, instead it feels like a lazy annihilator reskin.

A shame that this is a strictly worse Akula. 
When the barrage rockets / missile pods get added it looks absolutely gross too. 
And not being able to close the rear doors... ugh. Maybe Pavel needs to come along and give the sliding mechanisms some Russian-wrench-treatment... 

The least Rockstar could have done to differentiate it from the Akula's loadout and abilities is for the onboard pilot's guns to have explosive rounds, rather than being the same machine guns that are on the original Annihilator! 

 

But at least the passenger(s) can use flare guns to distract incoming missiles though, provided that the heli isn't in so-called stealth mode at the time.

@Hazzardtohimself yep you're absolutely right, so I did a quick job of fixing the issue by replacing the normal machine gun with the Rogue's Explosive cannon. 

 

 

 

If only that was how the Annihilator Stealth turned out - I might have said it was worth it versus the Akula, but nah it's useless right now.

Be real. A stealth helo with good armour AND the Savage’s deathray would’ve easily rendered obsolete every other helicopter.

 

It should’ve been faster, had no missiles/rockets, and be permanently off-radar even whilst the gatling guns are active. That way you have incentive to use it over the Akula without making the Akula worthless. Want missiles? Go Akula. Want to be able to shoot without revealing yourself? Go Stealthilator.

I'm so curious to how rockstar already patched the ability to go passive in this thing but cant buff the armor

Despite all it's flaws, it's a surprisingly fun chopper to fly. During the prep to acquire one for the heist, I got some mad GTAIV vibes battling the npc choppers. The handling is really reminiscent of the Annihilator from IV.

Can it be chopped in half by other helicopters like the Annihilator in 4?

 

That was the best, flying around the map in a Maverick and taking down Annihilators by just dropping down on their tails and splittin' em like wood
