This, boats are so worthless in the game. With this island not being in freemode the map is still bad for boats. There is no waterway in the game that makes things easier to traverse in a boat. I liked Liberty City because of the NY/NJ Borough/Island setup boats were actually feasible, there was incentive to use them. 1.5 Million bucks for a speedboat, when IMO the Squalo looks just as good, jokes. Anytime I ever see anyone using a boat it's to attack a yacht during privacy prevention. However, if they added a Hemi drag boat. This is the fastest boat (or any seavehicle) in the entire game. Totally happy with this beauty. To bad we still cant customize boats though... The speedometer and rev counter are backwards, mysteriously the only light on the whole thing is one that weirdly illuminates the driver, and it doesn't turn - but it's still great fun! Actually it does turn, a little. If you hold down R1 it turns much better than just using the stick on its own, even though that's a little counter-intuitive when trying to turn left - as I found out the many times I've managed to crash the thing at high speed near the shore! I'm not really into boats at all but I'll get myself one of these purely because of the top speed, 122MPH in the sea makes it the fastest naval vessel in the whole game! It handles waves ok, but it sits too low on the back when docked . If Los Santos could just get calm seas to let this thing open up without jumping it everywhere.
