Once you finish the heist, you can visit the island anytime from the airport. 
And with the way it looks, we may be getting more locations in the future.

Not sure if it’s been mentioned but I didn’t see it in the list. On the way to the pilot after scoping, there is a graveyard I stumbled across that is a POI. Can’t remember where exactly... sorry.

The shotgun can be found in the compound, it spawns at random places. You just have to search around. Anyway, anyone figured out how to get the key for the pistol?

So you can get over $5 million for the heist... Who knows maybe there's more stuff to be found, and this isn't on "hard" mode - if that buffs the payout at all.

i dont think i’ts possible to take it all even with 4 man crew, you dont have enough space in the bags, unless there is some "trick" hidden

I think you get it from drunk guard, randomly found in freeroam - I found him in front of Bahama Mamas (I posted screenshots on previous page in this thread), but I think I've seen someone mentioning finding him in front of Yellow Jack Inn, so my guess would be it's random encounter that can happen in front of some bars.

 

(It's all my educated guesses, haven't attempted the finale yet myself)

I noticed In the interaction menu for the kosatka, there is a choice for diving/scuba gear, but inside the submarine, is there a way to exit via diving suit. Had a look in the moon pool area but can't find any hatches etc.

There's some suits on the wall near the moon pool where you can exit via scuba.

When you attack the other sub for the Sonar Jammer on the Kosatka prep, there's numerous armed guards that will attack you, and the chef. Bravo.

Yes, and you can then fast travel all over the place like a billionaire, launching cruise missiles at oh I don't know arms dealers and armour suppliers etc...

 

The dreadnought enemy with the minigun shot my cruise missile out the sky the aimbot motherf*cker 😂

Excellent, that's worth completing the Heist by itself. I can spawn on my Sub and move it around to where I need it then launch my Sparrow.

So, you mean just 15 fps below the usual? Lol, I remember first time playing IV on 360 after completing the game on PC. My PC was not really high-end these days, but goddamn fps on 360 was unbearable even without the tug.
