Steve suddenly not contacting me

I meet all the requirements for Steve to text me. I did first few cars for him, but after like 4th or 5th car he simply stopped contacted me. I used PaintSpray repeateadley to pass time and it worked until now, I also tried saving, few in game days passed and still no text from him. I don't think there are any further mission requirements for him to keep contacting me. 

Am I and my nearly completed 100% run screwed?
