[Discussion] So how will Setup/Prep missions work if the heist HQ is a submarine?

If the prep missions are similar to DCH, I predict most missions will be naval based, as obviously land vehicles cannot logically deliver to a submarine. How will other vehicle types, such as the new heli be delivered? Will 'freemode preps' even exist, or will we actually have to load into a setup mission like we did with the doomsday heists? How do you think the setups will work? I'd love to hear your ideas.

Probably just spawns you at some port or "secret" beach on the island. 

 

I actually think there will probably also be a land based warehouse honestly.

will we need to use a dinghy?

the sub would be big enough to fit a chopper on but it's rounded so landing could be an issue

I assume we will have freemode preps again, I would hate if there were additional prep missions, known of standard heists and doomsday heist.

I also assume, that the preps will take longer than the ones for the casino heist, at the end you might not earn (much) more than in the casino heist.

I actually was really happy with the casino heist back then (lets ignore the bugs), and actually really surprised about it, I had no big expectations.

Would be no big deal if equipment would be delivered to a warehouse and the submarine loaded on land before leaving to the heist. Most likely some preps will take place still in San Andreas. Somebody mentioned submarine pens in another thread, that would be an option too.

 

Seaplanes are an option as well, some are already in the game.

you could have a crappy rust covered building down at the docks with a secret basement sub pen

Maybe kinda "invite" - A heist preparation board in the casino penthouse, so everybody has to buy one plus the extension. You prepare for the heist and you spawn in the submarine.
