djdarko Posted December 13, 2020 Share Posted December 13, 2020 (edited) GTA LIBERTY CITY STORIES PSP 4K FONTS BY DJDARKO For: English, French, German, Italian and Spanish font1 | Eurostile font2_alpha | Bank Gothic font3_alpha | Pricedown hudnumbers | Pricedown OVERVIEW This is a high resolution (4096px) font set for the PSP version of "Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories". The fonts have been matched as closely as possible to their original style and adjusted to look great within the game. DETAILS • Includes variations for font anti-aliasing, drop shadow and button style. • Includes interchangeable PSP and PS2 font variants. The fonts are identical except the buttons are white for the PSP, and colored for the PS2. • This was tested with the PSP version of the game on the PPSSPP emulator. Although the PS2 version of the game uses virtually identical fonts, I'm unaware of any adequate method to currently test the fonts with the PS2 version. In case you overlooked it, I also made a set for Vice City Stories PSP. And I'm working on a set for Chinatown Wars PSP, it's about 95% finished. I will probably release it sometime in March. It's a nice mod, i'm currently playing Liberty City Stories on my xbox series x via PPSSPP emulator. Using your 4k font pack, i also have it installed for VCS too. I might wait for your chinatown wars pack before i play that. good luck! also, you should maybe include upscaled radar / pause screen map and weapon icons for Chinatown Wars, i don't believe it has been done by anyone else. I believe the current nightly builds of PCSX2 now allow you to replace textures. Tried your font files and they worked just fine. Just that the textures when dumped from PCSX2 are half-transparent.
