Rotorhead359 Posted December 13, 2020 Share Posted December 13, 2020 (edited) Horn/Siren is E button on PC, and left stick on controller. Hold to honk/use horn, click to activate sirens. Headlights/high beam is H button on PC, or Dpad right on a controller. I'm not sure if you can use the blue lights without the siren. They might stay on when you exit the vehicle.
